What's cooking?

    Got a big pot of chili going right now. Here's my ingredients, give it a try, you won't be disappointed

    Ground beef
    Red kidney beans
    Tomatoes
    Lots of cumin
    Lots of chili seasoning
    Pepper
    kosherl salt
    brown sugar
    4 blocks of bakers chocolate
    1 can of beer
    Ketchup
    BBQ sauce
    Hot sauce
    Hot Italian brats (smoked with hickory wood chips in my smoker)
    Cut up chicken breasts (also smoked)
    Bacon (smoked as well)
    1 Parmesan rind (very important ingredient)

    I slow cooked it last night to get it hot and get the ingredients blended together, shut it off and started it back up this morning and am letting it simmer all day on low.

    Onions browned with pork fat

    Chicken broth

    Hatch red chile

    Since it's Sunday night, it'll be the usual. Ribeye on the grill and salad!

    Monday morning,

    Looks like I'm heating up some country style pork ribs and having potato salad with some watermelon.
