Wife says we have to go out for BD. Now we have a fancy type place near us. I just looked at menu. They want 24.00 for a frigging artichoke. A frigging Tomahawk steak is $157.00. Rare to find any place that serves artichokes. Pain in the ass to prepare. Now, I love artichokes but I'll go get one for 3.00 and it will be just as good. And I'll buy a nice NY Strip and it will be fine.

Steelers somehow win SB I'll treat myself there.

At this point, I've been so busy I haven't even thought about food for tonight.

My dad, who is a life long Browns fan, is coming over to watch the game with us tonight, or at least the first half (he doesn't stay up for late games past half-time). So we'll probably order a pizza or pick something up.

 

And don't forget, in honor of our dear "old" friend Steel Machine...................... . Hope it's a memorable LXX and the Steelers do it justice. Record should be IX and II after tonight.

 

The wife already put her throwback Hines Ward jersey on. So, it's off to the local pub for a burger, fries and a Gleaming Cold one - then back in plenty of time to watch the Steelers go to an incredible 9-2. Winston has never played in weather like this! Go Steelers!
