calling for snow and cold for the game in brownie land. hope they are ready for this one. i'm thinking chili could be in order to watch this one. a nice loaf of italian bread to go with it. yea baby.

 

Made a batch of haluski, which will be reaching its prime on game night. And it ain’t bad for being made by a man with not one drop of Slavic blood.
Haluski is some real fall/winter/ football season comfort food.

Also managed to book next day off work so don't have to worry about functioning on pure adrenaline of a game that goes to a final minute decider and about 2 hours sleep.
