    I remodeled an old farm house that was built in 1880 and the basement walls are stone and dirt. But it makes a great place to age certain types and alcohol content beers:smiley1:

    I started building a wine cellar/ brewery in my basement about 5 years ago. Maybe I will get it done this winter. I have collected about 300 bottles good wine though.
