What's Cookin? touchy philly edition

I was once accused of peeing in the cornbread around here

I don’t know if it’s still the same batch

 

Today is Sunday so we will start with champagne

Then I’ll go see what came out of the ocean this morning

First a 3 mile walk on the beach for the dogs

 

It started cooking at 11pm last night

 

Smoking? What type of wood?
Rubbed? Packer or flat?

 

Packer, I can't do a smoker or a barbecue because I live on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex.

Oven cooked
9lbs at 250 degrees for about 11hrs or so.

Rub: usually make a triple size batch to be sure

• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper freshly ground
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 3/4 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 

Nachos and Dollar General fried comfort foods. And lots of toilet paper.......

 

Went out and got me a 12pack this morning, prob that and a sandwich and chips

 

We require the type, and brand of beer, chips,and sandwich.

 

Budweiser, basic ham sandwich with lettuce tomatoes and onions , cheese .. Chips ruffles

Crusty bread

Chowder

Beer

 

I just had a Red Baron pizza. Crappy food for a crappy game.
