well off to new dingland. i hope they have worked on some things hahahaha. been staying pretty strick to my low sodium diet. i'm thinking some low sodium nachos. good ol' mrs dash makes a seasoning mix for ground sirloin with some no salt nacho chips, lettuce, garden tomato, i'll splurge on some cheese though. what you having?

i was leaning towards some cod. not sure yet. clam chowder is out. i got super sick off of it many years ago and can't even stand to look at it now. i just shivered. laaabster i never was a big fan of. over rated i think. just so plain tasting. we had a seafood boil labor day weekend. that was real good. shrimp, sausage, crab legs, corn, potatoes. that was some good chit. i know my step mom and all her girlfriends just rented a house in myrtle beach for the week and they took the big pot and the burner and gas cylinder with them to do one there as well. sure beats nanas and rice.:smiley1::cool:

Same boat - Got really sick of that chawder, will never touch it again.
Low Country Boil is one of my favorites. I do them during the summer a lot.
And then there's the Calabash.... I can't eat a lot of fried food and the buffet is now a waste on me as I don't get but a plate or two of snow crabs.
Going out of Murrel's Inlet in a few hours, what I catch may be what I have Sunday.

Definitely the Baconator from Wendy's. I got one to eat during the Jets game and we won. Had pizza during the Seahawks game and we lost, so it's the Baconator until we lose again.

I’m trying to find a way to say that I support this decision without it sounding like I’m wishing you a massive coronary

How do those lionfish taste? Their body shape is very similar to the sculpin (or, California scorpionfish) we have out here. dense, white meat. very tasty. They make great tacos! Their spines are also poison.

It's crazy at least 3 times a week I eat fast food and still weigh 152 lbs. But if I get like a Big Mac meal then that's all I eat for the day so my calorie count isn't real high.
