Oh yeah, I'm thrilled and I hope they have our game available to watch. I always like to see the first game of the season.

Made my chicken with a new rub. It was great. My son did two whole chickens in his big air fryer. He injected them and had two different new ribs on them. Both excellent. We opted for fried potatoes and salad. Some of the best chicken I have ever had. Greg game too.

I hate auto-spell correct too Mac. ;) I thought nothing could get better than rotisserie whole chickens cooked with infrared on my BBQ until I was gifted an air fryer. End of debate - though those rotisserie chix sure do smell great while cooking!

He bought one that goes outside and runs off of a propane tank. It can do a 25 pound turkey in it. The turkey was done in about two to two and a half hours. Crispy skin on the outside and juicy on the inside. He has all kind of flavors to inject them with and the uses a similar rub on the outside. Good stuff.

Great idea! I just bought some custom cut porterhouse steaks!

A seasoning suggestion........................ Dry rub with coriander. turmeric, paprika, course ground pepper, course ground salt......and lots of raw cane sugar and let sit over-night. The sugar makes an awesome glaze on a steak cooked Pittsburgh style!

Curious, how long in the air fryer, and at what temp setting? I’m looking for new air fryer possibilities

This air fryer is an outdoor only style. It's big and runs on a remote propane tank. There is no temp setting except for the one stuck into the meat. Two chickens whole took one hour. A twenty five pound turkey took 2-1/2 hours.

Got it. I know the kind you’re referring to, and they work well. A few years ago we did a porketta roast in one of them. Melt-in-your-mouth garlic & herb roasted pork. Yum.

Stone we do one with crushed whole garlic, soy sauce, worchester sauce(sp?), A squirt of mustard and lemon juice. Let the steaks sit in that mixture in a baggy overnight, turning ever few hours. Pull from the bag and directly on the grill. After I had that I've never done them any other way. The lemon juice helps break down the steak and even a sirloin is as tender as you have ever tasted.

Love it! If you ever have a tough cut of meat try soaking it in whole milk or cream. It's amazing what the enzymes in milk do to tough gamey meat!

I understand Papaya is even better but I haven't tried that yet.

Noted. TY. I believe that's what the citrus does too. Makes for some good eating and saves money with a cheaper cut it you want. If course a good cut is like melted butter.
