no more play offs, we want to play on to next week and beyond. it's going to take all of steeler nation to get the right playon food combo for the team to advance. this is the secret sauce, (or dip) that will make it possible.:smiley1:

wings for sure. buffalo chicken dip. shredded bird fajitas. made from smoked chicken titties. sensing a pattern here?:hehehe::rawk:

It’s been cold and it’s been very snowy. These things to me call for some delicious homemade chili, cheese and crackers. Although I live in Cincinnati there is no way spaghetti will be involved.

Is the “chili” that they put over spaghetti different from what normal people think of as chili? I can’t imagine putting regular chili over pasta. If it’s more like a bolognese sauce with a little kick, then maybe.

Yes. There are no beans, no diced tomatoes. It is really fine ground beef watered down with a bit of chocolate and a hint of cinnamon poured over either a hot dog or spaghetti topped with 3 different toppings of your choosing. Onions, cheese or beans. Like I have stated before. It is really not that bad. It just does not agree with me.

regular chili over pasta sounds horrible, but you brought back a memory. When i went into the Army a regular dish in the mess hall was chili over rice. I was WTF, but over time it actually bacame a simple satisfying dish, especially in the cold German winters. Trying to think of a way to incorporate my regular Steeler game chili with the rice additive, IDK 50 years later I might once again think WTF, lol.

My neighbors invited me for a cook out. i brought Asparagus and b sprouts, he grilled them on a flattop cast iron, and had a butter mixture of bacon grease, onion and peppers and what else he would not say, damn good eats.

Are you in Florida? I've heard they've become a big problem there. They look like they'd be tasty! We have a similar fish here. The California Scorpionfish. Poisonous spines but, very tasty. Similar body shape.

Wife loves them. I can’t stand them. I’d rather someone fry me some acorns in butter.

Mmm, I love me some good Cincinnati Chili, but I prefer the chili dogs over the spaghetti.

When I do eat it. It is usually 2 coneys with onion and hot sauce plus a 3 way spaghetti with hot sauce. But as I’ve stated before it tastes good but certainly doesn’t agree with me. People here love it though. They keep building double decker restaurants all around me.

    Love chili dogs

If you have to use canned chili I recommend Wolf Brand Chili No Beans

It’s made from beef and pork and not bulk fillers
