I am trying a little something different. I am trying a eye of round steak cut up in strips cooking in a crockpot with some mushrooms and onions. I have it cooking in a mixture of onion soup, aujus and cream of mushroom soup. we shall see how it tastes later

Since game comes on at 10am PST, here's the menu (inspired by Mac Daddyo's special request not to horse around):

- Hot, dark roasted Arabian coffee
- Choice of Bloody Mares or Colt 45 ML*
- Mane Lobster Bisque
- Philly Steak, egg, cheese breakfast sandwiches on toasted salt Sea Biscuits
- Upside Churchill Down cake

Keep in mind we'll all be somewhat handicapped because we'll all still be in our Jockey brand PJ's.

Burnt toast and a rotten egg with a side of a huge bowl of chili downed with 4 pints of room temp Rolling Rock. Getting the atmosphere ready for the 4th quarter. Just kidding. Here's to our team beating a decent team and truly getting my hopes back up. I'll be at my watering hole eating garlic and lemon pepper wings and drinking cold Smithwick drafts.

Making meatballs and artichokes. Really wish Walmart would stop getting the chokes. I do love them but they are a pain in butt to make and an expensive vegetable. Steelers have won all 3 games when I made them on game day so even though I had no desire to deal with them today when I saw them I had to get them.

Good catch - can't believe I forgot the horseradish. Probably because I hate it and it's never in my pantry or fridge.

20 pounds of Chicken wings. French fries and snacks.

 

I’m sitting on the south coast of North Carolina for a week. Each morning I get up and wait for a shrimp boat. Then I play Bubba Gump.

Today, shrimp Benedict for brunch and shrimp and chorizo for dinner.

We ordered a couple of the Pizza Hut Stuffed Cheez-It 4 packs today and had those with fruit salad. They were incredibly good.
