I just noticed that the usual trolls don’t post in “what’s cooking”

For that reason alone I don’t take them seriously

A real OX

 

It's a Northwest PA thing (I'm originally from Erie). Its basically sliced up roast beef in an au jus that you put in crock pot on low. It's awesome.

 

This time of year just the smell of that makes the house wonderful

 

Absolutely!! Love that smell as it warms up. Sandwich after sandwich goes down.

 

Where I am, if you asked for chick peas no one would know what you meant.
