What's Cookin? horse meat edition

These are available at WslMart and Target. I haven’t found a fake burger I like enough to buy it. Whatever they have at Applebee’s is pretty good. I think it is in fact the Impossible burger.

I was a hunter once. I also once weighed 307 and the only vegetables I was interested in were the lettuce and pickle on the Big Mac. I now meet military height/weight standards, at nearly 70.
I have to go to some very sketchy places in the line of work, among violent and unpredictable people, and I worry that I will have to defend myself.

 

The only thing getting cooked this weekend is the Steelers D.

 

Goulash came out very very good! Faithful roommate will try a cupful a little later but she says it smells great!
Those are garlic cheese curds in there.

Edit: I found some plant based ground beeflike substance in the freezer and used that instead of the steakless tips. Faithful roommate had some and it meets with her seal of approval.
Now to get out an old scary movie and pretend I am watching Chiller Theater on a Saturday night….
