well well well, now i have to learn to write 2025 on documents. that usually takes a little while to adjust to.

tired of all the Christmas food, new years food, and goodies. now it's onto playoff food. i'm leaning towards buffalo wings, and some good ol nachos loaded. my Dr. says NO. OK then, steak, bake potato, broccoli sounds like a winner. Go Stillers!!

I went one year when my beer started freezing so I had to drink it faster

And I do have mittens they are much warmer than gloves but harder to hold a beer

Gonna make my gift from my son of Portillo's. Italian Roast Beef in gravy( like an Au jus) with oven roasted green peppers and Hot giardiniera on a long roll all inclusive in the gift box! Love it! Got it a couple of years ago as well.

My dad was like that. He couldn't be an alcoholic, all he drank was beer. That's what he believed

 

Years ago, in Cabo, a friend was having pains on his right side. The doctor asked what he usually drank and he told the Dr, "rum and coke" The doctor told him that was the problem, between the rum and the coke, he was getting too much sugar and it was affecting his liver. When he asked the Dr. what he should do, the Dr. told him to switch to beer! Back when Dr. Acosta was the only doctor in town!

T-bones on the grill (medium rare) in garlic butter and shallots. Baked Sweet Potatoes topped with sour cream and fresh ground pepper. Grilled Broccolini with a red wine sauce. Homemade carrot cake with milk in a frozen mug.

 

One batch of habanero wings and one batch siracha wings and fries

 

Couple beers then my homemade Orangecello.
