What's cookin? Fish fry edition.

Monday night magic hopefully continues. Sausage samich and potato and bacon soup. Out of town meetings all day and should get back right before kick- off. Keeping it simple tonight. Hoping the wife has this stuff ready.

 

Your title has me looking for some fried fish & chips for tonight.

 

Cereal.

 

Wife making some Gnocchi type soup in the crock pot but it will be consumed way before kick off.

 

Oddly, I will very likely be making fish tacos...….

 

Deep fried "fish" made with banana leaves and coconut oil instead of fish with vegan tarter sauce for dipping. Also baking cucumber with lite sea salt as my "chips".

oh and drinking a vegan, soy free, gmo free, alcohol free, preservative free, fructose corn syrup free, beer to wash my fish and chips with

 

Ok, the beer absolves you of everything else.

i live in Austin so i kid you not these type of meals exist lmao.

What I am actually eating aint much better though, Whataburger chicken salad. i binged all week

 

My wife is making dinner for a family who has a daughter with medical issues and a long hospital visit today, so because she's working on that, we'll probably keep it simple for us tonight. Not sure what, yet.

But with the game being later, we'll probably pick up some Ritter's frozen yogurt tonight before the game, with me getting my favorite peanut butter chocoloate chip Glacier.

Small crowd at my house tonight. Fried chicken and sides from a little mom and pop chicken joint.
Two of my regulars are at the game tonight. just got off the phone with them and the were getting ready to board the Clipper.
