Since I will have to wait to cook because the game is not televised in my area because of the stupid eagles its off to the local watering hole.

Later a nice Ribeye, kosher salt, course ground pepper and a little garlic powder, some olive oil right before charbroiling, done MR. Mashed potatoes with au jus gravy and sautéed spinach and mushrooms adding a little red pepper flake for a little heat.

 

Gastroenteritis or flu? either way it doesn't sound like a fun weekend

 

The wife wsa craving turkey in a pre-thanksgiving kinda way. SO i got a small turkey breast and put in the smoker 5 mins ago. Going to slow smoke it during the game and them make the fixings afterwards for an early dinner/late lunch. First time trying the smoker in a 30 degree or less day

Looks like its gonna be nothing here wouldn't take the women to cosco this morning. I do have some P-nut M&M's though.

 

Well as much as I didn't want to do it I bought an artichoke since all 5 wins came when I cooked a choke. Didn't do it for the Browns game and we saw what happened.

I'm going to go hang with the Bengals fan who is up on the roof at his restaurant until the Bungles win. He provides free food. Hopefully he will still be living up there for the next week.

 

We picked up Penn Station for the game today. I got my favorite, the artichoke sub. My son got the cheesesteak, but my wife and daughter decided to go to the mall while we watch the game.

 

my God man, you can't allow them together in a mall unsupervised at this time of year.

 

Yeah, she actually came home with something I had already bought her for Christmas.
