what's cookin? dirty bird edition

no, i'm not going again. watching at home.

i'll be making what the family calls chicken sh!t. stuffing and chicken casserole. fitting for the dirty birds and a steelers victory.

 

Turkey in some yucky gluten free wrap.

My wife went to a healthy eating seminar Friday. I’m going to be screwed eating wise until this wears off.

Feel for you guy. My wife got into that healthy **** and I had to put my foot down. She wants to live to a 150 me I don't see the point. I eat bad drink bad, you gotta die.

Fried and smothered pork chops, cabbage, rice and squash casserole. Would like for the Steelers to eat some Dirty Bird!

 

Have to go to the local watering hole to watch. Later I will polish off some baby back ribs with sautéed broccoli, garlic and red peppers with some mashed potatoes. Ribs rubbed with a Bobby Flay hot rub in which I add a bit of brown sugar. It will taste so much better with a win...

 

Got a turkey on the pellet grill, a ham on the kamado grill and a Mac and Cheese in the oven .

 

Just had pizza for lunch. I'm considering going on a hunger strike until the Steelers win again. Hopefully I'll be eating dinner tonight.

 

dad going. he'll be going to Fla. soon since colds coming. it's his B-day anyway. they are still his seats officially.

 

My seats were originally my dads. Unfortunately he never made it into Heinz Field. He was a 54 year season ticket holder.
