Must be planning a long trip, there is enough gas in that meal to get you across the country.

 

Obviously we have some health conscience people, but when I saw 'estrogen' milk I actually got quite concerned (at least for me). My man boobs have no need for any further possible enhancement.

 

Not bad. I am longing for a similar dish my mom used to make. Sub kielbasa (Polish here) for the pork and the 'kraut was pulled from my dad's crock. If you have never had homemade 'kraut, well there is just no comparison. Enjoy your meal.

In honor of Texas we are having “Big Ass” Filet Mignons wrapped in bacon with sautéed onions in a sherry sauce. Extra sharp Mac & Cheese and grilled corn on the cob smothered in butter. For dessert it’s fresh berries with whip cream, needed some healthy fruit to balance it out.
