    As much as it counters my entire psyche regarding "Steelers football" I think that time has arrived. An offensive guru at HC should help a struggling defense as well.

    Still need some balance though. Prime examples in the AFCN.

    Bengals - all offense, no defense
    Browns- all defense, no offense
