If Steelers come in prepared with a must win mentality @ home they should be 4-6 on standings sunday.

 

Johnson had 6 catches for 116 yards and 2 TD's against the Cardinals but the Lions still lost, in part due to 108 penalty yards. The Steelers will need to score at least 21 points to win this game and not get caught up in the Lions intimidation stuff.

 

I don't think Ike will do too bad vs Megatron, unless in a jump-ball situation. I predict Ike will have tight coverage all game, but will lose 1-3 jump ball battles, with a TD in there. 4-60-1 seems about right for the stat line.

We need to keep Troy up in the box for this game, to help pressure Stafford and contain Bush.

1. control the clock. which will be tough since they cant run the ball.

2. jam him at the line. which will be tough since DL doesnt do much of that and they dont really have a db thats suited for that.

3. get pressure on Stafford. again not very likely since they dont get pressure on any qb.

basically we have to concede that he is gonna get his. they just cant let him, Bush and their TE's all have big games. they need to pick their poison.

Ike actually gets up for the elite receivers. I'm sure he's excited about the opportunity to test his skills against Megatron and may do better against him than we all think.
