As an un-drafted free agent you take whatever offer you can get. There are hundreds of players just like him out there.

I would take him on the Steelers practice squad over that current WR they have on there, of course maybe Vaughns isn't interested in returning.

 

On IR, he's eligible to return after missing the first four games.
