What if I told You that if K. Murray played all Year they wouldn't be just a 3 win team???
What if I told You I'm sick of seeing open guys , and our Qb can't see them??? Yes all Qbs miss open Guys, but not to this extent. What if I told You KFP had a wide open Td , but freaked out, and took off causing Himself to get hurt??? What if I told You as soon as Trubisky takes the field everyone on the team loses faith in a win??
What if I told You Tomlin has a winning record of over 100 wins, and only 40 something loses against bad teams....so therefore the ....He plays down to the competition is a Myth???

What's Tomlins record against sub .250 teams again?

The standard has always been to take it easy against bad teams.

It doesn’t look like he’s the guy. His ceiling is Ryan Tannehill. However he is playing like Tannehill in Miami not Tennessee.

AS much as I hate him, I'm stuck with his show, but Cowherd made mention of this today and the was Phily as won this way in close games this year, he then said SB contenders traditionally have a lot of blowouts and the 9er's have something like 7 this year. I'm not saying in the NFL you blow everyone away, but you need to score points, and be able to dominate point wise simply because you are that good..

That 2-10 team did also beat Dallas and Atlanta. In which are 2 playoff teams.

Ok I stand corrected on Minkah. I thought he got hurt late. I still would have predicted we beat them, even without Minkah all game

Most taken for granted position in football. Steelers had great ones over the years.

Dallas, it was very early in the season and for Atlanta, they are a playoff team right now because they are in the worst division in the league and they had such an easy schedule so far

True...This is like a defensive first base in baseball...You take the first base for granted when he's very good in defense, but when he's bad, it has a huge impact!

I tried warning everyone in thread after thread that the Cardinals were going to play well. I was the only one in the pick the Steeler score that chose Arizona to win. It was easy to predict, Mike Tomlin teams are terrible front runners. When everyone is predicting a big win and the Steelers are riding high then you know that a giant choke job is coming. On the other hand no one can rally the troops when everyone is saying how bad they stink and they have no hope like Tomlin does. He is a terrible front runner but can inspire the team to have a chip on their shoulder and play tough when the odds are stacked against them.

They were not down 24-3 when they lost the starting QB. The game was over as soon as Pickett was out.

This game was a comedy of errors from the opening
This game was a comedy of errors from the opening kickoff and an embarrassment, especially when you were watching the game with a bunch of Cardinal fans at the local sports bar. There were so many unforced errors, unexplainable dumb plays, little attention to detail, and stupid undisciplined play that it made me sick to my stomach.

Could someone please tell me why a kick returner would field the opening kick 5 yards deep in the end zone, bobble the ball and still be in the end zone then think it was a good idea to return the kick rather than take the ball on the 25?

Could someone tell me how after playing a very uninspired half of football, come out in their first possession of the second half missing a lineman and having to use a time out?

Can someone tell me how a professional football team can not get lined up correctly and get multiple infractions for an illegal formation?

Can someone tell me how a special teams player can run into the punt returner who had called for a fair catch a couple seconds after making the catch?

Can someone tell me how a professional center can continue to roll the ball back to the QB and why a coach would continue playing from the shotgun if you center can not consistently get the football to the QB in the air?

Can anyone explain to me what possesses a player to celebrate a late meaningless touchdown after your team embarrassed themselves?

I like and respect Tomlin but a change is long over due. This team needs a new voice, most of these players are too comfortable with the same old same old.

It was 3 to 3...what are you talking about. Picket doesn't get hurt that opens up the QB sneak from inside the 1 which would have put the Steelers up 7-3. The entire mood of the game changed when Pickett went down.

Thats not this year. I'm not a Murray fan in anyway, but He's way better than Dobbs...., and don't forget he was 9-5 the year before that.

I agree. As bad as KFP has played...it's seems like all the air is let out of the team every time Trubisky has to come in.

There's a good reason for that. Pickett has played 44 quarters this season and turned the ball over 4 times. Trubisky has played 4 quarters and turned the ball over 3 times.
