Not entirely true. You can refuse to have your car searched and there's not a damn thing they can do to you. You do not have to consent to a search. Suspicion alone isn't enough to search a car, it needs to be reasonable and probable grounds. You're right though, in a lot of states (perhaps all) odor of drugs is enough to provide reasonable and probable grounds. Cops need to be very careful about this stuff though. While official complaints against cops usually go nowhere, civil lawsuits are often successful and the police department may very well end up shelling out a lot of money.

The Pastry media is now offering tips on how to delude the next generation. Their fan base is in complete denial.
    Stories that have zero substance?
Balls are in compliance 15 minutes before kick off.
Balls are inexplicably down 2 PSI at half time.
Ball boy is caught on camera ducking into bathroom just before delivering balls to the sidelines.

Yep, nothing to see here. Move along. Nothing to see.

Im not sure they had a choice but to provide the tape. I heard a story from Sal Pal. that he was saying that you can't go anywhere in their facility without someone or a camera watching you. He said they know where you are at all times. I don't think there was anyway for them to say we don't have a video. They may have offered it up because they really had no choice. You think brady may be regret his little smug comment about knowing the rule book. IMO Harbaugh is in cahoots with Pagano in this whole situation.

Not true in totality. The 4th amendment protects you against unlawful searches and seizures and if they have no "just cause" you don't have to consent. Also the 5th amendment protects you from answering ANY questions. There are these people called "flexers" that go through DUI checkpoints and things like that and depending on your state you can have a copy of your license and registration printed on a paper with your lawyer's number and the sheet reads "No questions. No searches. I want my lawyer." and you hang it out the window so they can see it. They look at it and have to let you go. If you open the window they can say they "smell something" and use that as "just cause". If you simply just say "hello officer" they can say your "speech is slurred" and use that as "just cause". However, if you just let them read that they can't use ANY of those things against you and will just let you go. There are a lot of vids of people doing it and in certain states it actually works. But in ANY state you can absolutely refuse to answer questions under the 5th amendment and they can't do jack about that. Shaner is from Canada and I would be interested to know their rules on police and or gvt interaction. For the record, I'm not saying I would try those tactics but just that they are technically feasible from a legal standpoint. But it is always a good thing to know the constitution and what your rights are in case you ever come across someone that doesn't understand the limitations on their authority. I had to inform a cop of his constitutional duties not too long ago and he wasn't happy about it but when he saw that I knew my rights he got the picture.

If you believe a cop would lie to gain access to your vehicle, why the hell would you allow him in voluntarily? He may plant evidence and lock your ass up.

Well, I don't know about you, but I don't want blind people behind the wheel, so I'm kind of glad the police are stopping them...

How did we get from "deflated balls" to being "pulled over by cops"?:lolol:

I guess because when you get pulled over by the cops, your balls instantly get deflated.

Too bad AC/DC is playing the halftime show.

They could open it up with I'VE GOT BIG BALLS!
