Every year for Christmas I get an ornament of a player.... Hines , deebo, this year was the Bus!!!

When we put our tree up next year we are going to have a ceremony at the fireplace as we watch the Deebo ornament burn.

And how much power do you know he has or doesn't? I read a article from Mark Madden where he said Tomlin has to relinquish final say in the draft back to Colbert. I would say that is quite a bit of power having final say in draft picks.

He doesn't even have the power to name his coordinators at will. That's plainly obvious. He didn't want to get rid of Arians as I recall and Haley wasn't exactly his first choice either. He was certainly had no freedom to replace Lebeau when he was first named HC. Remember when he announced at the end of year presser that all the coaches would be back only to have to announce firings a few days later.

 

I trashed his jersey when he quit on his teammates.

 

Well if that is indeed the case it doesn't say much about how the Rooneys feel about him. The longer he is here the more that cheerleader label is starting to stick. Jesus what the hell does he even do? All his so called strengths have been exposed as well. My head hurts....

 

cant draft defense (his specialty supposedly)
cant win a challenge to save his life (one of the important skills of a coach)
cant manage the time in a game (another important skill)
