Yeah gameplanning is hardcore. Remember a couple of years or so ago how Jim Schwarz was saying sometimes he works like 80hrs a week? There are so many things that get focused on at the pro level like player tendencies and how guys line up even. I've watched some things about it and to see the level of detail that goes in to it is just insane. However, the drafting process is even MORE obsessive compulsive.

I wasn't sold on the pick when they announced that Dri Archer was the 3rd round pick out of KENT STATE. I'm not saying that big time players can't come out of small schools, but what we needed in the draft, I didn't see spending a 3RD ROUND pick on a rb/wr type out of a very small school very wise.

Not only coming out of small school but the level of competition he played against left a lot to be desired.
Yeah, James Harrison and Jack Lambert came out of Kent State, but that's about 20 years apart of those great players. We needed Cornerbacks in a bad way and should of drafted at least two.

coming from a small school as you call it has nothing to do with it. ben came out of the same conference. ike, cortez, AB, beachum, mclendon, Mitchell, harrison all came from smaller schools. I've not heard of the top corners, nor any at the bottom of the 3rd round that came out, that have set the league on fire this year so far.
