Two best Offensive Lineman?! I agree overall about getting an Offensive Lineman. I have to disagree about getting two though.

Of the position, Offensive Guard should be the likely incumbent here. Ramon needs to be jettisoned like yesterday. On that note, as much as I would like Matt Feiler to be kicked inside, he has shown he can be relied upon as the Right Tackle. Have both Chuks and Banner duke it out for the backup spot for both this time.

Not sure why the team would invest in a second Offensive Lineman.

I would go for Neville Gallimore in the 2nd round, that would be fine by me. I am starting to think Dupree will be signed and Hargrave will be gone. McCullers should be moved on from, as well. Raekwon Davis is very tall at 6'7" so I'm not sure how he'd fill a need if Hargrave leaves. Just don't think he fits their mold. DE yes, but we have those filled. Edit - they did draft McCullers at DT so I guess there is precedent.

Heyward, Tuitt, Buggs and Alualu can man the DE positions so that would leave a hole at NT/DT.

I'd be happy with Gallimore in the 2nd and Michigan G Ben Bredeson with that 3rd comp pick.

    2nd round (18, 50)
    3rd round comp (??)
    4th round (18, 114)
    4th round (24, 120)
    6th round (18, 210)
    7th round (18, 224)

this is what we have to work with, right?

    **comp pick is an expectation

here's my way too early for a mock...mock

2nd round – Neville Gallimore DT Oklahoma 6’2” 302. Replacement for Hargrave

3rd round comp – Ben Bredeson IOL Michigan 6’5” 325. Foster replacement or depth (depending on Finney)

4th round – Chase Claypool WR Notre Dame 6’4” 229. Mentioned him last year, but he returned to school.

4th round – J.R. Reed S Georgia 6’1” 194. Father played in NFL (bonus for KC & MT). Depth at a position sorely lacking it.

6th round – Luke Farrell TE Ohio State 6’6” 250. Pure blocker, lets aid the run game

7th round – Scott Frantz OT Kansas State 6’5” 305. Needs to add some muscle and refine his hands. Typical project for OL.

All with the idea that Dupree is signed, Hilton given a 2nd round tender, Hargrave signs elsewhere, Foster released, Finney signed, Vannett signed, McDonald stays with restructure (2.3mill saved according to over the cap estimates).

Steelers need to draft an ILB or Safety that can replace Barron's pass defense role ... But, who also can stop the run.

Everyone who thinks it is imperative that the Steelers re-sign Hargrave, remember he only played 60% of the snaps even after Tuitt got hurt. for what some other teams can offer him, he's most assuredly gone. For more money and more snaps, I'd leave too.
