What do they do in practice?

Doesn't the team practice specific situations in the week leading up to a game? You'd think one scenario would be "Tie game and need to stop a drive down the field"? The D looked confused, on both the Denver OT play and in the Ravens last minute loss. There is little excuse for that - you'd think it would be "OK, here is what we are facing - this is what we do here - this is what we practiced". This lack of planning and focus in these situation is inexcusable.

Now that I think about it, we have too much free-wheeling on O and D - Ben on O and Troy on D - I think that sets the whole team up for lack of focus and concentration. "Not sure what Ben and Troy are gonna do, so the rest of us have to wing it the best we can". This leads to blown coverages and miscommunication. And humiliating losses.
