Think about what the systems used to evaluate QB's are getting wrong. Zach Willson sucks, Trubisky sucks, and then you have guys such as Purdy or even go back to Brady that are undervalued. Hard to measure heart and determination!! If I was evaluating a QB I would utilize a visual test to see how fast they can process visual information and make the correct decision. Todays football is so key on quickly recognizing the defensive scheme and then knowing which receiver on the play called should be open in that scheme. Is that 2.5 seconds, whatever it is, I would develop a test to evaluate their ability to process that visual information and execute a decision. Almost like a flight simulator concept. Maybe they have something like that but if they don't they should.

Winner. I've been preaching this, but the things that make a great Qb are hard to judge in college because of competition, and players on the team. Some how the GMs have been tricked into thinking that how fast You run, and how far You throw is what makes a Qb. Yet time, and again We see this isn't true. It's how fast You process, how well You read a D, and can You place a well thrown ball to the open man.
