    Hmmmm

We should see improved qb play, but we’ve downgraded at wr and offensive line. In theory we’ve improved at linebacker, cb, and safety, but still need a nickel corner.

    Super Bowl or bust

If we get 26 - 30 TD passes, that should be good for atleast 12 wins. And I think Fields will be the starting QB before the season is over.

If that happens and its not due to injury then this move was an epic fail.

We still have won only won game without TJ in the line up. If he is out 4 games or more, we have a losing season.

Thank you. Jeh1856. I grew up in Youngstown ohio. I've been a Steelers fan my whole life. I sat at the 50 yard line at 3 rivers stadium we lost to browns 51 to 0.

    What is likely:

With a new OC and new QB room (even if on paper it should be better).

One more win and one playoff win.

    _________________

    What is very possible:

Win the division and one playoff win

    _________________

What I’d like: (aside of the obvious of course)

Fields get a solid amount of quality starts in the 2nd half of the season to see what we have in our system.

    12 wins at least.

Win the division to shut the other North foes up.

Win one and if not two playoff games while being competitive in the one that we lose.

Queen is as good or better as he was with the rats and becomes the new villain.

Pickens matures as a human and a player.

Have another draft that left most of us as happy or as better than last years banger.

I’ve thought exactly the same. Get a lot of parts to come together and some decent draft spots for 2025

DK Pittsburgh Sports also reminded me that while these vet player Aquinos and moves are fun and will be in the press a lot, it rarely ever worked out for the Browns.

9-10 Wins. The QBs are different but both have major question marks. Russ on a decline at his age and JF is very inconsistent.

We will play well. This is a way better team than last year. We should get at least two more wins with Wilson or Fields. We had several games that we had zero offense in the first half. Confidence means a lot and they will certainly be more confident with competent quarter backing. I really think we will see the return of “Muth” catching a lot of balls. Corey Trice could turn out to be a good player as well.

welcome fellow youngstown steeler. I remember old 3 rivers stadium too. Best seats were the ones that were portable and bounced up and down and that old creeky cookie cutter stadium rocked during the 1994 steelers browns regular season game for the division. Blitzburgh was a blast that year.

I have very low expectations because I see a team in chaos. Team management must be replaced before the Steelers become contenders again. I've seen too much of Mike Tomlin to believe he will turn this ship around. He does not establish and enforce standards. I agree with Ryan Clark that Tomlin should move on to greener pastures.

    they should have.

We will be in the pre-season AFC discussion this year, first time in a while.

depending on the rest of FA and the draft, we will see how strong we get to, before the start of camp.

    moving in the right direction

A lot of it, no most of it is going to depend on Russell Wilson. Is he here as a primadonna who has to have his own office, his own coaches, and his own posse to run around with everywhere he goes? Or is he showing up determined to show Seattle and Denver how they screwed up? If we get that second option, we're going places baby! If we get that first option, we might get a chance to see how well Justin Fields does this year.

On the other side of the coin, it's almost like we're new franchise this year. So many components of our team are brand new to the Steelers. Now they all have to come together and row in synchronization.

Well they're not done yet. They will fill in Wr, center, and most likely OT, Dline, LB.

I feel they can win a Superbowl, but I've always been the optimistic type.
