That SNL "Church Lady" skit was always something I looked forward to watching. Very funny.

Sadly, don`t find SNL funny anymore and stopped watching. Maybe it`s me or maybe they lack funny/clever characters.

Now all is right. Steelers -6 against the Giants.

I was having a meltdown looking at the line last week that had the Steelers Home Dogs +2 against the Jets.

If you don't count the Covid year where they played their Sunday game on a Monday; The Steelers have won the last 21 games at Home on Monday night!

The steelers are great on MNF at home for over 30 years now and Daniel Jones is awful on primetime...Steelers can't lose right?

Their history on Monday Night Football is irrelevant. They are at home playing a bad team. They need to show up prepared and take care of business.

Their history on MNF does matter since they haven't lost at home since the 90s, obviously they play well in these situations.

I'm worried about the "Hidden Vigorish" that Bob Prince always talked about. Every time that an announcer says that this kicker has hit 37 in a row the kick is going to doink off the upright. The Steelers haven't lost a Monday night game in 30 years, Daniel Jones is 1-15 in prime time games and is 0-7 on Monday nights. It just gives me bad vibes when the numbers are so slanted like this.

Believe it or not, NYG leads the league in sacks. This should be a great test for the O line and Russ.

Not a single player or coach is left from the '90s. What a completely different group of players and coaches did will not affect what the team does tonight.

If I remember correctly, Ben Roethlisberger was 8-1 at home in Monday Night Football games. He will not be suiting up tonight, so that 8-1 record is not relevant to tonight's outcome.

It is easy to believe. Dexter Lawrence is a monster. He leads the league with nine sacks. Having a player like that inside creates sack opportunities for everyone else and they have a couple of good edge rushers.

The Steelers are going to need to run the ball tonight. That is where the Giants' defense is vulnerable. That is where Eagles gouged them. Their pass defense isn't bad.

The Giants aren't horrible. They got blown out last week and in their opener, but they were in every other game. They lost a couple early on because they didn't have a competent kicker. The Steelers team that lost to the Colts and Cowboys could easily lose to the Giants.

Their O line right now though is a mess, even compared to ours. If they leave the same guy from last week at left tackle Highsmith should have a field day. There's talk they may bench him and move the right tackle to left, in which case Watt should have a field day. I say less than 4 sacks in this game is unacceptable given how bad they are.

This game is a bigger test than people think. If Russ puts on a good show tonight then maybe Denver did mismanaged him horribly.
