We're Above Average!!! PPG - After 8 games

    About halfway through the season and the Steelers are at 25.3 ppg (t-12).

    While not exactly setting the world on fire, this is above average. The NFL median is ~ 24 ppg. I think this might be higher than the last few seasons, but I didn't go back and check. I wonder if winter ends up dropping the average ppg in the back half of seasons?

    Its not the bump we got from kicking Kenny and Canada to the curb, but it's a pretty big improvement (although we've still got 9 games left).

    Churning QBs over the last few seasons has been a big part of this improvement IMO. So has hiring a real NFL OC instead of Canada.
