Welp bye bye first round bye

Probably the most pathetic display of pissing away a game I've ever seen.. Blocked field goal, grimble fumbling at the one, missing open receivers down field McDonald dropping an easy TD. Ben's picks can't score 1st and goal from the one, switzer muffing punts.

It's like they we're trying to give Denver the game and anytime Denver wouldn't take advantage they'd just find other ways to give it to them... Only way this team gets a bye is if they beat the pats (ya nope) because there not beating the saints and have the pats lose a 5th game (ya nope).. Wake me up when it's playoff time tired of these f****** a** sucking performances in the regular season f*** this team

 

You sure we are making the playoffs? Oakland are probably laughing at us. San Diego is going to be very tough. New England will demolish us per usual and New Orleans? Please 9-6-1 will be the final, and a tie breaker with the Ravens will **** us in the long run.

 

NE can very easily lose to Minnesota next week. But we can very easily lose to Oakland, LA, and NO. Regardless, December 16th will decide the 2 seed.

 

FORGET ANY AND ALL TIE-BREAKERS UNLESS IT INVOLVES THE BROWNS. THE STEELERS HAVE A TIE IN THEIR RECORD

Keep in mind that the Texans are ahead of the Steelers as well now at 7-3. So they need them to lose another game at least if they hope to finish ahead of them. So the game with the Pats in 3 weeks here probably will decide the number 2 seed the Steelers still might need the Pats to lose another game Incase they don’t win that game in New Orleans the week after. So still a long way to go and the Steelers are still in good shape but this loss today will definitely make getting that number 2 seed over the Pats a lot harder.

 

Not necessarily. The Texans have a easy schedule and if they win out they will be the 2 seed if we beat NE.

7-3-1 with Chargers, Pats, $ Saints to play yet. We'll be lucky to get a 6 seed.

The Steelers weren't getting the #2 seed anyways, they might lose 2 more games.

 

Yeah, this team could very easily go 1-4 or 0-5 and end up out of the playoffs altogether. Anybody who thinks they can predict what this team will do hasn't been paying attention the last 12 years. Because of that I say with a huge caveat that I think 2-3 is the best we can hope for. The team that has been on the field for just about every game but the Carolina game cannot beat the Chargers, Patriots, or Saints. If we do make the playoffs, I think we're an easy out especially if we go to Foxboro or Kansas City.

 

They need to win 2 out of those 3 games IMO, if they do that they win the division.

 

They might not even get the #3 seed.. They are 4th right now

 

That’s if we make it to the playoffs with the schedule we have coming up. We have to take advantage of these sorry teams because we have the Chargers, Patriots, Saints and Cincinnati which is a rival.

Who cares about the seed? Just win your division, we have seen this team with a high seed and flop before in the playoffs.

 

Because the likelyhood of us going to kc beating this chiefs team with mahomes or Brady in Foxborough is very unlikely.

The Steelers have yet to prove to me that another team can beat them. This season when they have lost, it has been because they beat themselves. That other guy was a knucklehead, but he didn't put the ball on the ground like Conner has.

 

So what, they would have to go on the road eventually to play one of those teams. It's not like this team is unbeatable at home in the playoffs either .

Wow I just saw the highlights of the game I didn’t know Ben threw an interception on the damn goal line when we’re going into scored to win the game. What an idiot. He throws to many interceptions like that. He’s been playing really good, but then he does stupid stupid stupid stuff like that to lose the game that we really needed. No only that but Connor fumbled the ball is well. We out gained them by double the yards and still lost.

 

The only game I look at and say we got outplayed was vs kc.

 

For people to say the Steelers are going to go 1-4 and 0-5 and miss the playoffs is a ridiculous statement to make. They are gonna win this division without much of a problem at all. The bye week got a lot tougher to get after this loss but it’s still very much in play.
