Probably the most surprising pick for me but a good one.

    Welcome Sawyer.

A+ pick as far as I see it.

Any time you can get a Top 60 player in the fourth round?! That is tremendous value there. He is a power based rusher but outside of Landon Jackson from Arkansas, say hello to the best run stuffing EDGE in the Class. Not only that but the dude is a playmaker as well; further boosting his value.

EDGE Depth gave me pause heading into the 2025 NFL Draft. I am much more relieved that we got such an excellent depth piece heading out of it.

probably my favorite pick this year. lunchpail guy. as i said before he is a TJ Watt when he came in from wisconsin. this kid will work just as TJ did. TJ then was not the TJ we have now. similar to a cole holcomb without the injuries. that type of player. not flashy but gets the job done without all the fanfare. head down and work hard type guy. nice pick. :dancing::smiley1::cool:

The bigger the game and the bigger the moment was when Sawyer played his best.

Love the pick. It seems like every year Highsmith has a hammy or something and Watt has been getting dinged up. Herbig is a decent backup but I think Capt. Jack will provide better depth.

I like the pick; it gives us a 4 man rotation at Edge, which should allows us to keep Highsmith and TJ fresh.

He's a great locker room guy too. So is Howard. We could use the additional locker room leadership. I hope one or both of those guys make a player out of themselves, because a good player with great leadership will do us some good.

Herbig is just a pass rush specialist. He's a bit easier to take advantage of on the ground. Sawyer is opposite. His ceiling isn't as high as a rusher, but he is excellent against the run and can pitch in with some rush as well. He's going to be a bit clunky at the NFL level but he got tons of pressure and sacks through double teams in college. He should see a lot more single blocking in the NFL.

The need to throw a flag right now for holding TJWatt. This defense is going to be aggressive! Refs ain’t seen nothing yet. Coming from all angles.

As a pass-rusher, Sawyer has the strength to collapse the pocket against weaker tackles and has a decent cross-chop that he uses as a nice inside counter move. He also has a good motor to get coverage sacks and will get his hands up to bat passes at the line of scrimmage.

Paramount, hopefully the Steelers will change up our defense on occasions to take advantage of defensive talent.

The Eagles way. Weidl definitely imparting his wisdom. Eagles are so deep, they truly can deploy the next man up mentality that Tomlin likes to preach but with players that can actually do it.
