Wonder what # Steelers giive him, will they let a player wear #1?
So he is considered slim by chance? Can I just call him Slim Pickens?
Really like the pick. Just wondering which of Claypool or Johnson moves to the slot because Pickens isn’t a slot receiver.
I loved the irony of Claypool announcing his eventual replacement.
Added a lot of "Pick"s to the passing game. Hopefully that's some kind of reverse omen for us.
especially when he will be taking away some of his targets. LOL Claypoole better put on his
big boy pants and start producing.
Tomlin not just building a draft class, but a C&W band as well so far…
I am a big Dawgs fan so I am ridiculously in love with this pick!!
He's a first round talent
George Dickel. Pour me a double!
So was Mason Rudolph
I don't remember anyone calling him that with his noodle arm. I just looked at his nfl draft comparison and it was Christian ponder..
They are moving him the slot which is where he should of been playing but JuJu was there. I expect a big season from Claypool.
The Steelers generally disappoint me draft time, but I'm watching tape on this kid right now and can't believe how good he is. No amount of reg flags other than career threatening physical would keep me from drafting him in round 2. 4 years of a talent like that, for a 2nd round cap hit? lol. Even 2-3 years is well worth the pick.. if the baggage gets to be too much trade him to the Cowboys for a 2nd or 3rd in a few years like we did Bryant. The Ravens owned is for sure, but Pickens is a home run
The FO claimed they had a 1st round grade on Rudolph.
They did which was dumb. I'm talking about the overall assessment of him. They seem to be the only ones that had a first round grade on Pickett too.
How have You missed Him playing live???
Let's hope so, we need much better production from him.
I don't think Claypool is moving to the slot fulltime, Canada is talking about moving him around.
Kid is going to become a superstar ! Looks like an athletic Martavius Bryant without the chronic habit. Great pick Steelers.
I did too. He just did not get a chance behind Ben. Mason did have 0.500 record and a pretty good output for a rookie essentially in that second year when Ben went down. We'll never know what might have been.
He was a first round QB. Better than Rosen, better than Darnold, probably better than Tua as well, better than Daniel Jones.
