Week 9 Roster Moves

Yeah,the mre things change,the mre they stay the same.We have never belived in trading for high profile players or fa.Just think,with the teams we've had over the years, a player or two here or there probably would have ment another ring or three.But the Rooney's believe in standing pack on what we have and getting the coach to make it work.Back when Rod Woodson tore is knee up,PrimeTime was on the market,but The Rooneys said they were not going to get into the bidding circus.Just think if he had, a shut down corner,and an excectional punt returner.I don't aggree with all the moves the Rooneys have made and there will probably be a lot more. The coaches have done a great job Chuck,Bill and Mike,that may be the reason the coaches here are allowed to stay on when alot of people say the should canned.

 

Who would get in a bidding war to get Dieon Sanders, the skins gave him a 56 million dollar contract back when that was huge money for any player, was we supposed to up the ante to 60 mill when the skins owner dan snyder would pay anything to get a player he wanted, we ante up 60 mill and snyder would have upped it to 65, i didnt blame the rooneys for staying out of that poker game.....

 

I hear ya,but Dan Snyder didn't own the skins until '99,this happen in'95 I think.but I do see what you're saying

 

I think you guys are talking about Jack Cooke instead of Dan Snyder

 

The right move IMO.

Ta'Amu has the physical tools to become a Ngata-type player. Not saying he ever will, but the potential is there.
