    It was a weak 10 wins team...The seahawks also move on from Carroll after 2 9-8 season and now they are a powerhouse,especially on defense

    Not many coaches make 6 playoff games, after already making enough playoffs to go to 2 SBs.
    I mean I hear about all these genius HCs, and awesome players that haven't been to one yet. LoL

    name me a head coach outside of Marvin Lewis who stay on the same team despite over 5 years without a playoff win?

    Jim mora of the saints is the other but the saints were so bad before the Mora era at that time
