I really wanted to hate Caleb Williams, but I've got to admit, he's fun to watch. Did diddly squat in 1st half, and didn't let it ruin his confidence. Now he's slinging it.

Browns are still Browning like no other. They find ways to snatch defeat out of the hands of victory. They are cursed.

KC has the refs fully in their back pocket once again tonight.

Really? look at the defensive holding they just called on KC. Receiver fell down on his own! No holding involved!

Probably a make up call for the terrible offsides tush push where KC was lined up offsides and they threw the flag against Houston. Took away a first and goal and made them kick a FG.

Agree. KC put on one of the best defensive qtrs in the past 10 years and then Reid got greedy to try and pick up the first down on 4th and a yard and a half. Love seeing KC crash and burn though.

So dumb for Houston to take a delay of game in that situation.

I remember telling people that, heading into the season during the summer before OTAs back in May, Patrick Mahomes will still be the best QB in all of Football but will not be the infallible juggernaut the National Sports Media has made him out to be. I have been correct since.

That said, @steelersrule6@steelersrule6 may have been even more on the money when he said that the Chiefs may not make the playoffs. Given how there were far more kinks in that armor that Kansas City had than initially thought, chances are that this could be the first season the AFC won't have Kansas City as its primary representative.

It also doesn't help that the rest of the conference has caught up with the Chiefs. Even so, there really isn't any dominant AFC Team at the moment; New England included. Sure, they have the best record but are they that much better than the rest?! Time will tell on that one.

I hear that proverbial fat lady beginning to warm up in Kansas City.

Chiefs drop to 6-7. They're toast but watch out for the Texans.

    Agreed.

C.J. Stroud has to play as he did during his Rookie Season though... and then some. If Houston is to have any chance at the Super Bowl, C.J. has to take that next step. If he can?! Outside of the Los Angeles Rams?!.... not too many other teams I can think of that can take Houston on straight up.

As for Kansas City?! If they lose one more?!... man..... oof...

I'm not sure the Chiefs are toast just yet. If they win out and they're favored in every game to get to 10-7

Colts are toast - they're not getting to 10-7 now with Jones done
Bills, Pats - both getting above 10-7
Texans, Jags - both getting to or above 10-7
    Denver - already at 11
Whoever wins the north - that's 6 playoff teams

So who is the 7th - KC or LAC?

Chargers have a brutal schedule vs Philly, @ KC (could be a playoff eliminator), @ Dallas, vs Hou, @ Den

KC goes 4-0, LAC go 2-3, KC is the 7 seed. Not that much of a stretch.

I mean, Steelers are 1 game ahead of them right now and very well had a chance to be 6-7 as well.

this could mean a good draft for them if they do miss the playoffs and don’t have to move up too much to get what they need.

The chiefs are not that good in the last 2 years too.The only thing they were great were to win the one score game, winning 17 in a row.Of course this year they are 1-6 in those games, the only big difference for them

The problem was not to goes on fourth down, but it was not to make the fourth down...Sometimes it work, like when they score a TD on fourth down, sometimes it don't work. They were great on fourth down this year at 22-29 this year for 75% but not last night by being 1-3

His cap hit this year is way lower that the 3 years before when they have been in the super bowl in each of those years,so this is not the reason....This is just a down year for the chiefs,it happens sometime

Was pulling for Baker. They're not out of it because of their division, but they couldn't win a home game against a 2-11 Saints team with a rookie QB in his 5th start.

Like the Steelers, they can still make the playoffs, but I think they made their point, they aren't going anywhere.
