We would be in a better situation if....

We could have won the Oakland and Titans games. Those were more than winnable games for us. We would only have 3 loses than, a big difference at this point in the season.

 

No kidding.

 

I've been saying this to my fellow Steelers fans (very few) in Cleveland for the last 2 weeks. When Ben went down - we should have been 8-1. If that had been the case, we could easily have absorbed these past 2 losses.

Ugggh.... I guess if my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle too.

You know, truthfully with this team you can say that about any of the past few seasons. I can count on one hand the number of times we've blown out opponents or have been blown out. Meaning a play here or there and we're either 8-3 or 3-8. It works both ways with this team because for the most part we tend to keep the opponents, good or bad, too close.

 

Which would make us 8-3 and fighting for a wildcard, just as we are now.

well I think we still make the playoffs and I still think we go far in them........we just made it a lil more difficult having to win on the road in the playoffs

 

Right 8-3 sitting one game back of Baltimore and only 3 AFC losses. It's the same crap for this team. They take bad AFC losses. I'd take a swap of the Giants win and a Denver loss any-day right about now!

 

That's an understatement. This team sucks on the road...Except the Giants!
