The notion came from they moved on from BA when the O was to blame . They decided to move on from the DC when the D can't play well . The next step is Coach or KC . I think MT may have a few more seasons than KC .

Contracts that are head scratchers and not so great drafts will put you on the chopping block.

Leaving a Team needing a lot of players and with little money not a recipe for job stability.

All signs are pointing up, they just went 11-5 and the biggest reason for the playoff loss was due to Bells absence. KC's job isnt remotely in danger. They have one of the best offenses in the league that should just keep getting better, biggest area of weakness is redzone, maybe they get that straightened out this year. I've said all along the offense was going to round into shape before the defense, won't be long before thats up to speed too.

They have a lot of cap space for a change, expect some holes filled through FA, I feel better about the pieces in place on defense then you do, I think way more about McCain, Blake and Gay then you do and feel they just need a couple more pieces back there. Whether that be Tez regaining his confidence and Shark stepping up or finding a couple good players in the draft, FA or whatever, they are not nearly as far away as you seem to think they are.

KC would have to completely whiff on this draft for his seat to become even slightly warm and of course, that wouldn't be known for years, KC isn't going anywhere for a while.
