Love it when hes on fire, however Monday Night:

First pick, the "fastest guy in the NFL" watches his defender return the ball from the endzone for a 30yd+ return!!!! Com on Man
Second pick, tries to make a tackle but another big return.
Third pick, must turn defender there and "interfere" with the pick, an offensive pass intereference penalty much better than a pick.

Not sayin that the picks were his fault but the lack of effort on those plays is concerning.

His effrot in general is half ass. On 2 passes from Ben that were slightly overthrown he could have gotten to with a burst of speed at the end or a dive. Didn't even try. His blocking is God awful, especially when he isn't the #1 target. And the effort (or lack thereof) he made after the picks was laughable. You can completely tell it is his contract yr. Steelers have no business paying him big dollars. I'd trade or let him go if the tag is top 5 money he wants. Brown is a much more complete WR and it's not even close.

i hope Wallace isnt getting butt hurt that Brown has surpassed him as the go to guy. Brown has become a much better wr than Wallace.

all we heard is that you cant over throw Wallace. well Ben has been doing a fine job of over throwing him latley.

that almost catch that Brown made against the 49ers was one of the best catches ive ever seen. his hand may have hit out of bounds a split second before his 2nd foot hit in bounds, but none the less it was a spectacular grab.

I think Brown has beome the go-to guy because of so much defensive attention on Wallace, the routes he is assigned, and Ben's inability to spread the ball.

Regarding the "overthrow" comments: Wallace is wide open and Ben can't hit him. It's either over-or-underthrown. That's all on Ben.

The picks... 1st one: the defender snagged the ball on the run, in a different direction (Wallace moving more north-south, defender more east-west), so I'm thinking momentum kept Wallace from being able to quickly pursue, also this was a bad choice of throw by Ben who was locked onto Wallace the whole time; 2nd one: another bad pass by Ben too high to Miller (wtf?) but I don't recall the tackles... so... 3rd one: once again a ****ty pass by Ben that was going right to the defender based on the route and Wallace was trying to adjust to get under it (Ben basically turned Wallace into a defender on that play)....

Brown is phenomenal. But so is Wallace. And Wallace made it first. This Steelers offensive scheme and Ben aren't very able to spread the ball to both of them... in the Bengals game it was all Wallace as far as TD receptions. Brown scored on a punt return.

I think we have two top-notch receivers, but I do like Brown's hands better on 3rd down.

well its a good thing Wallace isnt a defender because he pretty much sucked at it on that 3rd int.

Wallace is great and i hope they lock him up long term, but Brown has become a much better all around wr. hes probably almost as fast. he runs better routes and has better hands and as of right now he seems to want it more.

Wallace is reading to many of the press clipings. He spends too much time arguing for a call or with the defender.
