Vikings "strongly" pursuing Wallace

There's also plenty in the media who think Wallace will be a bust. Wallace will not get more money than Bowe did and there's a reason for that. I'd rather Bowe or Jennings over Wallace.

 

YES! YES! YES! Shaner YES! Jennings is MUCH more complete than Wallace. Ironically though the Dolphins coach wants Wallace when he knows he has a proven commodity in Jennings. I read on NFL.COM that Philbin is apparently not that big a fan of Jennings but that could've been just a writer trying to start something. But BA doesn't seem to be courting Wallace either though right? Is that just because the Cards have cap problems too?

Im as much for getting rid of Wallace as the nxt guy,, But i wonder how many on here would be jumping fo joy, if the Steelers did a 180 and signed Wallace, lol ( NOT GONA HAPPEN ) Im sure it would be all puppy dogs and cupcakes here then.. lol

 

I won't be one of those people. I want him gone and I've wanted him gone for 2 years now. He does one thing well and that's run deep routes. Everything else he's mediocre at best. When we get to the red zone or are in a 3rd and short situation, Mike Wallace is useless.

What if we woke up and saw this on Adam Schefter's twitter feed:

Steelers ink Wallace to 5 year, $55 million dollar deal with $24 million guaranteed.

 

Invasion of the body snatchers would come to mind and someone done snatched the Rooneys.

 

I think there would be an entire season of threads where me and Jack continue to agree to disagree...

According to this site, Mike Wallace is the best free agent available. Interesting to see where some of our other guys rank. Love the comments about Mendenhall. Per usual, only this board thinks Mike Tomlin is an idiot.

Anyone that thinks MW is going to be a bust with a new team is full of shyt: Teams are fascinated with his durability, and crazy speed: His Durability is proven since he started 16 games 3 years in a row and started 15 games last year; he scored 32 TDs and averaged 17.2 yards a catch over his 4 years here, whats not to like, in the right system he will pay big dividends to what ever team signs him, even Arians is in the hunt for him, after he gets his big payday I see no reason for him not to elivate his game to a very productive level, i'm not going to hate on a player just because he is leaving the steelers over money, it's just too bad we couldnt keep him here.....
