    NWS:

Partly sunny and cold, with a high near 1°F. West northwest wind around 10 mph. Ouch.

This might actually favor Minnesota quite a bit. It would be hilarious to see the vikes knock them off.

    Probably 100 times.

This game is going to be very cold but nowhere near the top two coldest games.

I think most fans will handle it, although not sure about the the fairweather ones.

There was a playoff game between Giants and GB a little ways back (think it was playoffs) that looked like Coughlin was developing a nice case of frostbite on his face. That was a cold game.

I looked it up...it was -23 at kickoff for that game. Shaun Ohara said it was so cold that during one point of the game, he didn't care if they won or lost, he just wanted it to be over.

One would think this team was excited over a touch down, but rather they saw the temperature had went up 2 degrees. :lolol:

Brett's last game at Lambeau. The Ringo Starr looking moron qb of NY winning that game is still just sickening.

Yup, thats the one, wow, thats crazy!

Costly pick by Farve. Pretty sure I was rooting for him, wanted to see him get another ring but it just tickles me so that the Giants ruined your boys quest for perfection :D

My buddy hates the gnats so bad that during that game his little brother kept irritating him by cheering for them for spite and finally when it was over he was like "IF YOU DON'T SHUT UP I PROMISE I'M GONNA PUNCH YOU RIGHT IN THE FACE RIGHT NOW!!!" This from a then 25yr old man talking to his 13yr old brother. Sports do crazy things to a man. LOL!

LOL! Definitely! I know quite a few of their fans since I've got some buddies that live up there and I can tell you that they are some of the most absolutely football dumb people in the galaxy. When they lost to the pats in the Super Bowl my buddy, who lives there and hates them because he's a Packers fan, put a thing on his facebook page that was a tombstone that said "Seahawks Fan Base 2012-2014" LOL!!!

Vaseline is the players friend in cold weather, I feel more sorry for the fans in these cold games.
The players can get warm by sitting on the heated benches and have all the most update heat gear
that is available on the open market. Hand warmers everywhere, players will put them anywhere as should
    the fans.

The Seahawks are without Marahawn Lynch and Thomas Rawls for Sunday's game and are having to go with a back-up RB's that combined for 272 yards all season. At least we're not the only ones.

I happened to be in Ohio and Michigan then and
my god it was that cold and colder for weeks
didn't need the hair spray then
I was happy to get back to Germany and the cold war.

Ah, that game in Cincy! I was actually in Acapulco when that game was played so, I didn't see it until years later. All the ignorant Charger fans (my brother included) STILL feel that they were cheated out of a SB because they had to play in such cold conditions! I keep reminding them that the Bengals had to play in the same conditions. It never sinks in.

The story goes that Forrest Gregg had seen to it that the stadium doors were opened when the Chargers were going into the wind until the refs caught on to it.

Y'all see 88 year old Bud Grant in a polo shirt at 0 degrees? That's a boss right there.

Looks like the Vikes might handle their business. Oh how I'm gonna laugh if they do. It's cool to see the Vikes playing outdoor playoff ball. Are they working on another dome?
