Phew, man I needed that. Some Normalcy, love it.

    Great win. Some thoughts...

Ben and the offense were naturally rusty.

Johnson had a rough start but settled down by games end.

Washington had an awesome TD, great effort to break the goal line.

Claypool! Welcome to the NFL, rookie. Nice start to your career.

Conner, love you man but time to pass the torch to Benny Snell. Nice game by him.

Banner, heart goes out to you bruh. Tuff break.

Welcome back JuJu, never doubted you.

Defense, damn, this unit is scary good. Shut down Barkley completely. Weak link, Edmunds, sheesh.

Nit pick, come on Boz, damn, no 2018 flashbacks please.

All in all, great night and win! :herewego!:

Lots of rust and mistakes. But at least it wasn’t like watching that offense from last year.

Here's hoping Banner's injury is less serious than feared. (Probably will know tomorrow after MRI) Gotta feel for the kid. Such a loveable guy too.

Sloppy game. To be expected. Lots of room for improvement.

I've been very high on our defense. But if you told me they'd hold SB to 6 yards rushing, even I would have thought you were smoking something. Of course, focusing on him like that opened up a few things the Giants exploited, but in the end, solid effort.

Holding SaQuon Barkely to 6 yards on 15 carries was my personal highlight of the night. Regardless if that is the gameplan, SaQuon has shown repeatedly he can take a possible five yard loss into a 60 yard yard. That is no joke.

To be able to do that against a top three Running Back?! I suppose those Run Defense corners can be put to rest for the time being.

    Also, this guy here:

Andrew Thomas was the top rated tackle on many draft boards for a reason; mine included. He has done it against an immense amount of NFL competition in the SEC for so long. Why that would change now is something I have not the foggiest.
