Turn him loose in Buffalo and stuff Jones safely under the bench.

Schefty reporting that Gradkowski is getting surgery today on a dislocated finger.

If this doesn't spell D E S P E R A T I O N for the position then nothing does. Can we just go ahead and get Tebow in here also?

I'd take Tebow over Vick without question, and I'm not a Tebow fan.

If they are taking a look a Vick they better have Keisel signing a contract right now because Micheal Vick and the Steelers just makes no sense

It will probably only be for a couple weeks right? Until Gradkowski's finger heals?

Or does this mean Landry gets cut, and go with Vick and Gradkowski all year?

What honestly could Vick bring to the table? He used to be quite the dynamic player, but he doesn't have the same speed he used to. This is the guy who couldn't beat Geno Smith out.

Pass on Vick, Cut LOLandry, Wave Grad Injured, Make Murphy the Backup qb. Pick up a rookie UDFA with the intent to sign him to the practice Squad. I am even considering maybe we should wave 53 injuerd but not there yet. Another big time missed injury I may scream that

I'd rather lose with Landry Jones than have to root for that human piece of ****. Man up Rooneys.

Everyone saying no no no might want to go look at the QBs available right now. I would venture to say other then maybe Jason Campbell and Vick Jones is a better option then any of them. Who would you bring in or do you go with Jones. From a football standpoint this is about our only move.

Tomlins hero Dungey probably called him and told him to give his adopted son Vick a job...[IMG]

Colbert should be held accountable here.
This just states that Drafting Boyd and Landry were terrible back up plans.

I don't give a crap. Sign Kordell. Sign Maddox. Sign Kant Graham. Play without a QB. Punt on 1st down.

I don't want that POS anywhere near this team.

I said it before and I'll say it again - if this happens, I'm out. I've already lost a ton of respect for Tomlin. I'd rather go 0-16 than see this guy in a Steelers uniform.

As far as football sense, there's a reason Vick is unemployed right now, and it's not because GMs hate him the way I do. I'll take some other scrub.

Now, if you wanted to sign him for the preseason and then have your OL "accidentally" whiff on a few blocks, that's another story...

Over something he did 8 years ago now? Come on people make mistakes and the biggest thing is he learned from his and has been a good citizen ever since. I'm against dog fighting and all that but pitting animals against other animals or people have been around forever and will be around forever. Just because our culture say and beliefs say it is wrong doesn't necessarily mean its wrong. He did his time and not trying to sling rocks here and I don't even want an answer but I wonder how many of you consider yourselves good Christian people? Now what is one of Jesus biggest things that would be forgiveness so in that I'm going to forgive him and look at what he has done since then. Everyone is going to make mistakes and as I was told mistakes make the man its what you learn from those mistakes that counts. Lord knows I have my own skeletons in my closet to worry about as I'm sure every single other member of this board does.
