    Since Veterans Day is a week away and we owe our vets our thanks and gratitude for helping to preserve our freedoms and democracy, it would be cool for our vets on the board to check in so we can recognize their service. So check in here and let us know your branch and when you served and anything else you want us to know about your service. And thanks for your service to our great country!

    U.S. Army Signal Corps 1986-1993. Served in Desert Shield & Desert Storm. 56th FA (Pershing) 86-89. Ft. Bragg 327th Sig 89-93 AIRBORNE ALL THE WAY!!

    USAF 1990-1997. Medic. No combat. Stayed stateside the entire time. Couldn't even get out of Georgia. :facepalm:

    51st sig airborne did a "training" mission in uzbekiatan on a russian air force base fixing fiber optics.

    I VERY VERY VERY MUCH APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU GUYS AND EVERY OTHER SINGLE ONE THAT'S GONNA COME IN HERE! WE HAVE SOME CURRENTLY SERVING MEMBERS ON HERE TOO AND I ALSO EXTEND MY DEBT OF GRATITUDE TO EACH ONE OF THEM AS WELL!

    Wow, really surprised this thread didn't get more action this week. I guess most folks don't visit the watercooler too much....

    Anyways, my debt of gratitude to all of you black 'n gold fans who have served or are currently serving to protect our freedoms and way of life. I salute you!
