Urban Meyer, College Coaches, and the Steelers

    Weeb Ewbank?! Haha. Had to look that one up.

    What about Byron Leftwich? He's 42 and ran the 3rd highest scoring team with Jameis as his QB, had a lot of experience as a QB which will help in developing the next QB, is a high character individual who is tough as nails, has experience with the Steelers organization which they like.

    I also think Leftwich brings Todd Bowles as his DC since Bowles would have way more job security than staying in TB.

    I don't think it as hard as it seems to pick a HC.

    I think Vrabel, Lafleur, McVay, McDermott etc. have all had some success.

    Mike Mularkey has been out of the NFL for 4 years and has a playoff win more recently than Tomlin.

    It's time for a change. I'd give Leftwich a shot with Bowles as DC no question.
