Johnson had all these same things avaliable to him that according to him made Purdy look as good as he is. So if it was all thay that made purdy it should make Johnson too.

If the Steelers draft well and pick up a few FAs, it could happen.

Lol good luck. Let's see how that works out next yr. The guys I just named don't need everything around them to be great. If Pickett is that regardless he will show it next yr.

I am not trying to be argumentative at all but I do hope you read these three articles. You said that everything you have read says that Tommy John surgery is the only way to repair a UCL tear. That just does not seem to be the case. All three articles I've posted here state that he is looking at having a repair to the UCL as opposed to a full reconstruction, which would be the Tommy John surgery. All three of the articles list a recovery time of 6 months at least, if a UCL repair is needed. Obviously Tommy John surgery would have him out much longer. Now you tell me, who has their facts straight? To be clear, I am not saying that he won't ultimately end up getting Tommy John surgery but I am saying that that does not appear to be the only way to repair a torn UCL ligament.

Apparently, none of your professors have taught you about logical fallacies. This is one of them.

Why are you posting about Johnson's socks?

This is yet another logical fallacy. That and plagiarism seem to be the only tools in your toolbox. Ask for a refund.

Seriously, what is Idek supposed to be? If you are saying you don't know or care who he is, that's odd, because you posted an analysis by him to justify your opinion of Pickett.

Your lack of comprehension of context and supporting cast from someone who claims to play football is truly stunning.

Pro Bowl status is a joke. Huntley is a Pro Bowler this year.

The No. 1 quarterback in the league is All-Pro. What exactly did I post that suggested Pickett is going to be better than Mahomes and every other quarterback in the NFL next year? You truly have abandoned all logic and reason.

You do understand that they aren't playing one-on-one, right? I'm sorry. I really shouldn't assume you know anything at this point.

This x 1,000. Nobody expected the Steelers to beat Peyton Manning and the Colts in the playoffs in 2005 season. Steelers did win with ball control and solid defense.

People assume Mahomes, Burrow, Allen. Herbert and Lawrence are infallible. They are not. Obviously.

Why???Lamar Jackson will be starting in His 6th year, and has only one playoff win. Closest He's gotten to the AFC Championship is on tv.
So You saying Pickett should have less time???

If the UCl is “fully” torn its TJ. Thats what I read and was implying he has. So if that turns out to be incorrect and its partial then the other options in the articles you referenced comes into play. Still believe he “needs” TJ surgery. Now lets move on because at this point who gives a F anyway.

I'll give you that one. He's been hurt the last 2 years though I think he missed this playoff game due to the contract.

He said he'd do better than lamar. Lamar in his 2nd yr was an mvp and in the 2nd round of the playoffs. Better would be afc championship.

You're not holding any of these guys to less than 20 unless it's just a anamolly very bad day like what happened to Allen vs the bengals or mahomes in the sb with that terrible oline. If yiure banking on something like that then good luck. So the key is for your qb to outplay these guys. Youre going to need someone that can match them throw for throw. Why do you think for example when teams play KC they tend to go for it on 4th down in circumstances when they normally wouldn't?

Idek stands for ( I don't even know).

He could be 2nd team all pro. Hurts is 2nd team all pro and most wouldn't take him over burrow, Allen, Lawrence, or Herbert.

He's a pro bowler as like the 10th alternate cause no one wants to really go. The original 3 selected deserved it. Mahomes, Allen, burrow.

I don't recall posting an analysis of him. But I told you before anyone said anything about him looking at Pickett he's nothing special. He's an average talent. He'll never be on any of the level of any of the current top guys in the afc.

Cam Newton was voted the number 1 player in the nfl by HIS PEERS. Matt Ryan has a fringe hof argument. If it was so easy and meant nothing why has only 38 qbs out of over 1000s that have played in the nfl won an mvp? Should be alot more if just anybody could do it as your trying to subermize.

    He did

Certainly not a person you should give a big contract to let alone guaranteed money

I don’t think any educated person can argue with that

This is 2023. Where’s he been? OK, he did make the Pro Bowl in 2021, just like Huntley did this year. It’s a toss up as to which guy deserved it the least.

I will grant you this, he’s one of the best running backs to ever play QB in the NFL.

For someone who acts as if they are such a English master, your ability to only comprehend something when it is told to you concisely and not be able to infer or use context to understand something that's not 100% literal is really alarming.
