Will Smith was in the wrong. I need nobody else opinions on this. If everyone in the world said He was right ....I would still say He was in the wrong.

That's why actors are so famous. It's the idolization of fake people playing fake characters that people get obsessed with.

That is Your prerogative..., and I don't belittle you...your thoughts on it..., but I care about Humanity, and believe it sets a terrible principle for people moving forward. Because we know a lot of people follow what people in the spotlight do. Hell Look at America now. So ....anyway...JMO

The sad irony is that Rock would have probably gotten less of a reaction from Smith if he’d simply slept with his wife.

The joke was stupid, and harmless. If he wants to shout "Keep my wife's name out your mouth" from the audience, that is his prerogative. But you cant walk up on stage and ***** smack someone.

 

Why do they have these comedians that basically just make fun of people in the audience? You’re nominated or win a prestigious award only to get roasted by some wise guy in front of everyone. Rock crossed the line too. They both were probably wrong.

 

Happens all the time. It was meant in jest. I'm sure Rock wasn't thinking he would get slugged when he wrote the joke.

 

Obviously you can. People do stupid stuff without being held accountable. We’ll Rock got slapped for running his mouth. And obviously Smith didn’t think it was harmless.

 

Because they hire comedians to entertain, and that's how they get laughs. It's harmless.

 

Will Smith is lucky he is who he is. If you or I do the same thing we would be behind bars today.

 

Now he knows. Obviously she is having some kinda health issues and last thing someone should be doing is making fun of her in front of millions of people on tv.
My wife lost her hair when she had cancer a while back. If I was at a comedy club of anywhere else for that matter and some Jack ass started cracking jokes on her I’d beat their ass. No joke.

 

But it obviously wasn’t harmless. How much you wanna bet they put an end to the personal jokes next year?
