    I don't think I'd ever be interested in any TE at #17.

    not in the first there are a lot of good te in this draft i would pick one in the midlle /late rounds

    I'd much rather have Ertz in the 2nd than Eifert in the 1st. Ertz is a Heath clone.

    I love Heath but I'd rather have A Gronk clone, I don't follow college ball enough to know if Eifert has that type of talent level though.

    If you get to choose yes I'm taking Gronk over Heath, but I don't think he's on that level. He's a reliable pass catcher with good (not great) speed. And an average blocked. Ertz and Eifert are close IMO with Eifert being a little more athletic (but still not a freak by any means), which is why I'd wait until round 2.

    A Gronk clone is going to be tough to come by... Eifert reminds me quite a bit of Olsen, so I really like that comparison. I also think Dallas Clark is in the comparison ballpark - maybe even mores than Olsen. I think he's clearly a "finesse" TE and not a physical bruiser.

    I like Eifert. In fact, I am currently thinking about my mock which I will post prior to the draft and was giving consideration to picking him even before I had read this. I envision a scenario where we trade back and pick up additional draft picks though.
