Two more rare Pirates photos

Jim Kaat and Randy Jones. Neither ever played a single regular season game for the Pirates but were around in spring training.

 

And another. Willie Stargell as a Braves coach. This was kind of jarring to me.

That hurt me when it happened. I'm just happy it was not 1991-92. Left Field bleachers, Forbes Field $1.00. Young man freaks the hell out when Willie comes over to fence to talk with us. That young man was me.

 

Although the enemy I was always a fan of Jim Kaat.

Not MLB but NFL. Can you find the anomaly in this rare specimen? Sorry for the size but this guy did have a large melon.

 

I see two errors. First, he is called Buddy. Second, it says MVP, and he wasn’t the MVP of anything, unless it means Most Volatile Player.
