TV Map this Sunday for Pgh v SD - Slimmer Pickins

Anyone east of Cleveland can join me and my Sunday Ticket.... just bring some food to share.

 

Vent time! What infuriates me as much as the blackouts on Sunday Ticket is when the Steelers play a late game scheduled to be on a local channel (which means a blackout on Direct TV channel) and either the early game runs into OT or the network switches to the end of some other network determined "crucial" OT game - you sit there playing a guessing game with the channel changer flipping back and forth between the local channel and the Sunday Ticket channel - just in case they temporarily start in on the Sunday Ticket channel. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't - you just have to keep toggling (unless you have screen in screen). Plays havoc with trying to record a game which I do with both DVR and DVD every Steeler game. The only possible consolation is that sometimes such games will appear in the Direct TV 8 window Game Mix channel (not always). This past week - this was the only way to view the first 15 minutes or so of the Ravens/Pgh game in So Cal. But - otherwise life is grand! :guitar:

 

i was steaming on my couch watching the end of the Colts Lions game. i usually only watch the 8 game box when the Steeler game isnt on so i can get a little bit of all the games. i completely forgot about it until the Colts won and they showed about 5 minutes of commercials before they decided to go to the Steelers game. i caught about 2 minutes of the game and then switched back to network tv and it just came on. they need to go split screen or something during those times. kind of sucks for fans of other teams that have to wait.

 

I live here in northern Maine(dam pats country), and there actually showing my steelers up here. Heck the whole dam state is showing the steelers

I knew we'd be getting the Skins/Ravens game, which I'm actually interested in seeing. Guess I'll be off to BDubs where I can watch them side by side on the giant screens!
