Tuitt said his injury is week to week. Then says he expects to play vs KC. Guess we'll have to wait until later in the week for better idea

That sure clears things up!

Well my old buddy I just don't see how they're gonna pull it out. Our 2 best pitchers just don't have the mojo and when Jake gave up 3 runs in the bottom of the first I knew the curse of the billy goat was still standing. Dude plays like a machine and then suddenly the light switch just turns off. I don't know if it's the cold, the wind, the pressure, or what but he's just not looked the same since that Buccos game honestly. It's lame but that's just the way it appears. Did you see the game though? It looked like the home plate ump must have been a Mets fanboy or something. I kept expecting him to take his mask off and reveal that he was actually Mike Piazza or something. The Mets had a strike zone as wide as the Hudson!

The depth is laughable after Tuitt and Heyward. Keisel would supply insurance.

I saw him listed as OUT. I agree put McCullers in and move McClendon over. Only use Cam Thomas if absolutely required to spell guys.

I think Butler will unveil the 1-5-5 prowler formation with Heyward with his hand in the dirt, Silverback, Moats and Dupree on one side and Timmons and Shazier/Spence in the middle Boykin and Cockrell on the outside Gay Golden Mitchell, Golden will blitz from the right slot, Gay from the left with Silverback and Dupree while Moats hods the edge and the ILB's drop into shallow zones. Then Heyward makes Dalton feel like a red-haired stepchild.

Dang it. At least he can use this time to hit the upper body weights harder. I don't know, trying to find something positive.

Out of interest, TTF, is that a still photo of Vick, or a real time GIF of him winding up to throw?

    Bump*

Ok so you guys have had a chance to digest the game. THoughts on moving Little Mac to DE where many thought he would play better and having Big Mac at nose? As Tuitt gets back to game shape do they use Lil Mac to spell Tuitt and Heyward and keep that train wreck named Cam Thomas on the bench? Will they go back to a base 3-4 formation with Tuitt/McClendon/Heyward? use some nickle packages with the fast food line Tuitt/ the Mcd's at DT and Heyward? How would you grade out the DL performance on sunday? Did Thomas even get a few snaps, nevermind I don't want to know.

Not sure about total snaps played in the last game, or even how they looked as I didn't watch the game. But it was nice to read that McClendon saw time at DE. This is something that I'd like to see more of even when Tuitt is healthy. McClendon doesn't see enough snaps each game at the nose so this is a great way to get him on the field more and also give some rest to Heyward and Tuitt. Should help our late game pass rush.

I'm glad this coaching staff is willing to move some pieces around, at least a little bit.
